To apply for representation as a model please fill in the mootoo Model application form below.

To apply for representation as a model you will require the concent of your parent(s) or guardian(s).
Please ask your parents or guardians for permission and help filling in the model application form for Minors.

General rules
Please send images that comply to these basic rules:
• No makeup
• Shot outside with natural light
• We need a very clear headshot (head and shoulders) plus a full length (head to toes) shot
• Clothing should simple with basic colours top and bottom.
• The size of the photographs should not exceed 1MB each.

We also require at least two images from you and if you have any photos of work you've done these should also be included.
